SmartArray LED modules from LUMITRONIX® are designed for use in high-intensity luminaires - from designer luminaires to industrial high-performance luminaires. Thanks to their very flat and compact design, SmartArray LED modules can be integrated into almost any luminaire design and many of the modules are extremely easy to install thanks to the recesses provided for screws.
The SmartArrays, which are developed and produced in-house, are fitted with high-quality LEDs from the world market leader Nichia. Thanks to the high CRI value of typically 85, colors appear particularly natural.
The use of extremely powerful LEDs generates heat that needs to be dissipated. This can be achieved by mounting on a heat sink, active cooling or part of the luminaire body. Some SmartArray variants have an adhesive film on the back, which improves contact with the heat sink and thus optimally dissipates the heat generated.
The SmartArray modules from LUMITRONIX® are also available with 24V connection technology, opening up further possibilities when selecting the appropriate power supply unit.

Ideal replacement for COB modules
The SmartArray LED modules have been specially developed to replace COB modules.
With the same dimensions, they offer the same or higher performance, light quality and processing at a lower price. SmartArray LED modules are compatible with optics, holders and accessories and can therefore usually be seamlessly integrated into production without changing the manufacturing processes.
SmartArray LED modules are available in oblong and square designs in many different sizes. They are equipped with up to 28 powerful Nichia LEDs, optionally in neutral and warm white.
SmartArrays also offer you the greatest possible scope for your product development thanks to their compact design and high luminosity. In addition, LUMITRONIX® SmartArray LED modules can also be produced according to your individual requirements.

Tunable-White and Dim2Warm-Technology
Equipped with the new Dim2Warm and Tunable White technology, the SmartArray LED modules always create the desired lighting mood in living and office areas, for example.
With the Tunable White modules, the color temperature can be continuously adjusted from warm white to cool white and can be dynamically controlled. This means that the lighting in interiors can be based on daylight, for example. This has been proven to increase well-being, concentration and performance. SmartArray Tunable White modules are ideal for luminaires in offices, hospitals or schools. When dimming, the modules keep the color temperature constant over the entire brightness range.
When SmartArray modules with Dim2Warm technology are dimmed, the light takes on a warmer color temperature, creating a cozy feel-good ambience similar to that created by dimming an incandescent lamp, the glow of a candle or a cozy open fire. This is achieved by intelligent switching of the operating current.
